Return & Exchange Policy

At BombaBling (a DBA of IzzieQ Creative, LLC), each piece is unique and handcrafted, meaning small variations and quirks are part of the charm. We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions for every item, and buyers are responsible for reading product details and following any guidance outlined for each listing (such as correct ring sizing or validating spelling for custom items).


1. Request Window

All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.


2. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 14 days and include clear photos of the damage.
  • You may choose:
    • Refund: You keep the damaged item.
    • Replacement: Return the damaged item, and I will send a replacement at no cost.
    • Exchange: Return the damaged item for another item of equal value.
  • If the damaged item is no longer in stock, you may:
    • Receive a full refund and keep the damaged item.
    • Select another in-stock item of equal value.
  • I cover return shipping for damaged item returns and replacements.

3. Buyer’s Remorse

If you change your mind:

  • Refunds or exchanges are available, but the original item must be returned in its original condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No refund or exchange will be processed until the returned item is received.

4. Warranty on Construction

If an item breaks within six months due to faulty construction:

  • Contact me with photos of the damage.
  • I will assess on a case-by-case basis and offer repair, replacement, or refund options depending on the damage.
  • Damage due to improper care or handling is not covered. Buyers are responsible for basic care of their items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or sale items

6. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
